Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 Full Trailer

In the just-released full trailer for "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1," you get your first glimpse of how they adapted one of the most memorable scenes from the book for the screen. In it, Harry is face-to-face (to-face-to-face-to-face) with his friends who have all been magically transformed to look like exactly like him. Watch the new trailer below, and keep reading to see what else has been revealed in this new preview.



The new trailer also offers the first glimpse at some new characters. Chief among them is Rufus Scrimgeour, the new head of the Ministry of Magic. He's played by Bill Nighy, best known for playing Davy Jones in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" sequels (though his performance was almost entirely recreated with a digital character). He speaks of the danger that the wizarding world faces, but we also see Professor Snape reporting to Voldemort that their forces have invaded the Ministry.

The rest of the trailer shows just how action-packed the movie looks to be. It offers a good look at Voldemort's frighteningly huge pet snake, Nagini. Harry, Hermione and Ron are on the run among the Muggles in downtown London. Dobby the House Elf returns for the first time since "Chamber of Secrets." The Death Eaters come sweeping down from the sky to attack. Though for all the impressive visual effects, the most dramatic moment is when Harry grapples with Ron after he shouts, "You have no family!" It's all quite impressive and emotional, and it can make you wonder just how wrenching the final second half of the story will be.

The first part of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1" will arrive in theaters -- in both 2D and 3D -- on November 19.

Yogi Bear and Boo Boo are back and not only that, they are now in 3D!

This new upcoming animation movie stars Dan Aykroyd as the voice of Yogi Bear, Justine Timberlake as the voice of Boo Boo. This is under Warner Bros. Pictures and will be released on December 2010.

Vampires Suck

This new upcoming movie is a spoof of the vampire-themed movies specifically the Twilight Saga. It tells the story of teenager Becca who finds herself torn between two boys. The new upcoming movie's trailer is fun to watch and the people who doesn't like the Twilight Saga will surely get a good laugh on this movie.

The Company Men

Due Date

Robert Downey Jr. and Zach Galifianakis star in this new upcoming movie Due Date. It tells the story of Peter Highman (Downey) trying to make it on his child's birth on time by hitching a ride with aspiring actor Ethan Tremblay (Galifianakis). This new upcoming movie also stars Juliette Lewis and Jamie Foxx.

This will hit the theaters on November 2010 and is under the direction of Todd Phillips.

The Social Network

This new upcoming movie is about Mark Zuckerberg, the creator of the popular social networking site Facebook. The plot follows: On a fall night in 2003, Harvard undergrad and computer programming genius Mark Zuckerberg sits down at his computer and heatedly begins working on a new idea. In a fury of blogging and programming, what begins in his dorm room soon becomes a global social network and a revolution in communication. This stars Jessie Eisenberg as Mark Zuckerberg, Andrew Garfield (the new Peter Parker in the Spider Man reboot) as Eduardo Saverin and Justin Timberlake as Sean Parker. This new upcoming movie is directed by David Fincher and will be released on October 2010 by Columbia Pictures.

The Expandables

Who would ever have thought that someone could bring together all the action movie superstars in one epic movie? Seeing all those actors together in one movie makes this film a must see movie.

The Expandables is under the direction of none other than Sylvester Stallone. This upcoming movie is about a team of mercenaries heading to South America on a mission to overthrow a dictator. This stars of course, Mr. Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Steve "Stone Cold" Austin, Mickey Rourke, Randy Couture with the special appearance by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Willis.

Expect this movie to be action packed based on its movie trailer. This movie will be released on August 2010.

Predators

From 2oth Century Fox comes this sci-fi action adventure film Predators. This new and upcoming movie stars Adrien Brody and Laurence Fishburne to name a few. This will be released on July 2010.

Nanny Mcphee Returns

Another sequel is on the way from Universal Pictures in the form of Nanny Mcphee.

Nanny Mcphee Returns tells a story about "Nanny McPhee arrives to help a harried young mother who is trying to run the family farm while her husband is away at war, though she uses her magic to teach the woman's children and their two spoiled cousins five new lessons."

For those who have seen the first movie, you know the drill, Emma Thompson's face will get prettier and prettier as soon as the children will learn how to behave themselves. This sequel also stars Ewan McGregor, Ralph Fiennes and Maggie Gyllenhaal. This will released on August 2010.

Paranormal Activity 2

And the horror never stops.

Its predecessor, with a budget of only $15,000, Paranormal Activity became a box office sensation as it earned $151 million worldwide. Now, Paramount Pictures is releasing the sequel of the smash hit horror movie, Paranormal Activity 2 which will be released on October 2010.

I got really scared in the first movie so I didn't dare to sneak a peek at this new and upcoming movie's trailer. Hope it will be as scary as the first! Enjoy!

Charlie St. Cloud

From Universal Pictures comes this family drama about how a young man overcome by grief from losing his brother in a car accident. Charlie St. Cloud is played by Zac Efron.

I was really moved by the movie's trailer because it's about the relationship between two brothers. That not even death could hinder you from loving the other. The movie is really touching. I bet this will be another tearjerker movie. I think we will see a different Zac Efron in this movie, this is a far cry from his high school musical days.

This movie will be released on July 30, 2010.

Beastly

I am not a fan of Vanessa Hudgens but this new and upcoming film that she is part of is really interesting even though the plot of the story is somewhat familiar already.

Beastly is "a modern-day take on the "Beauty and the Beast" tale where a New York teen is transformed into a hideous monster in order to find true love." This movie stars Alex Pettyfer as Kyle, the one who was cursed and become the ugly prince in the story. Alex Pettyfer is the guy who portrays Alex Rider in the movie Alex Rider:Stormbreaker in 2006. Vanessa Hudgens as the lady that Kyle found true love. Then there's Mary Kate Olsen as Kendra the "witch" and Neil Patrick Harris as the blind tutor.

If you are into romance, then surely you will find this movie lovely to watch. Beastly will be shown on July 30, 2010.

Little Fockers

The Fockers are back and this time in their third installment, there will be little kids in the movie.

Little Fockers is directed by Paul Weitz and still stars Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro and the rest of the original cast with some new friends like Jessica Alba and Owen Wilson joining in on the fun.

The movie trailer will make you laugh, who can resist a Focker humor, right? Of course there are lots of funny lines from the Jack Byrnes and Greg Fucker. This new and upcoming movie will be released on December 22, 2010.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

OMG! Finally the official movie trailer of the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is here! Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part one will be released on November 19, 2010 and part two will be on July 2011.

The effects from the movie are great and I am thrilled that the movie trailer is so exciting to watch. I'm like watching it on the edge of my seat. Can't wait for the movie to come out! This new and upcoming movie, the last part from the Potter series from J.K. Rowling is directed by David Yates.

Despicable Me

I have heard so many people talking about this new and upcoming animated movie. People gushed on how cute the characters are and how they can't wait to see this movie. Well, after seeing the movie trailer, it seems funny and yeah there's one little girl that is so cute and adorable. And some of their lines are hilarious. Expect this film to do good considering this is coming from the producers of Ice Age.

This animated film will be released on July 9, 2010 under Universal Pictures. Steve Carell, Jason Segel, Russell Brand and Miranda Cosgrove are few of the actors whose voices bring the characters to life.

The Sorcerer's Apprentice

After Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time comes another Jerry Bruckheimer Film - The Sorcerer's Apprentice. It stars Nicolas Cage as Balthazar Blake, a master sorcerer who recruited the dorky Dave Stutler, played by Jay Baruchel to defeat the sorcerer's arch-enemy Maxim Horvath played by actor Alfred Molina who happens to be in Prince of Persia as well.

The movie's trailer boasts of a spectacular visual effects and quite a few humorous lines. This movie from Walt Disney Pictures is going to be a summer hit! The Sorcerer's Apprentice will be out in theaters on July 14, 2010.

Salt

I have been waiting for this movie ever since I have seen its movie trailer in one of the DVDs i bought. I've always liked Angelina Jolie's movies even if its an action flick. Based on the trailer, this new and upcoming movie seems to have a great storyline. But of course, I'm expecting that there will be a great twist in the story as well. Like the one with Wanted. Remember that movie from Angie with James McAvoy and Morgan Freeman? My husband and I enjoyed watching that movie.

Salt is Jolie's character, Evelyn Salt, a CIA Officer accused by a defector as a Russian Spy. This movie will be released on July 23, 2010 under Columbia Pictures and directed by Philip Noyce.

Inception

Leonardo DiCaprio has been visible these days on the silver screen. After Shutter Island, here comes another movie from Leo and from the director of The Dark Knight, Christopher Nolan. Inception.

I am not really a fan of Sci-Fi but after seeing the movie trailer, it made me curious and my guess would be that my husband will enjoy the twists and turns of Inception's story. It's about invading someone's dreams and steal an idea from that someone. The story is more like that I guess. Anyway, this new and upcoming movie stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Marion Cotillard, Ellen Page, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and many others. This movie will be released on July 16, 2010.

The Last Airbender

This is one of my husband's favorite anime. The Last Airbender has aroused our interest as it released its first movie trailer last year. This upcoming movie, with its extended trailers now out for everyone to see has intensified our thirst to watch this. What's great is that this new and upcoming movie will be shown in 3D on July 2010.

This new movie is another of M. Night Shyamalan's masterpiece and it stars Jackson Rathbone, Dev Patel and Ranger. For the movie's plot, just click on their website at The Last Airbender.

Twilight Saga Eclipse

The movie that I have been waiting for since I began reading the books. The clips that I have been seeing this past months made me thirst for more. In 7 days, I will one of the millions of fans to wait in line to watch this movie on its first day of release.

Twilight Saga Eclipse is my favorite among Stephenie Meyer's four books of the saga. I am so looking forward to the bed scene, the proposal and the tent scene. I am so loving Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson)! And base on the clips and trailers, I think David Slade did a great job as director.  Here is the trailer!

Gulliver's Travels 2010

Twentieth Century Fox's Christmas Movie for this year is Gulliver's Travels. This new and upcoming movie stars Jack Black and Emily Blunt. This is directed by Rob Letterman. The Green Hornet (2011)

Another newly released trailer of a movie remake is the trailer for The Green Hornet. This new and upcoming movie stars Seth Rogen as the Green Hornet and Jay Chou as Green Hornet's sidekick Kato. Kato is the character portrayed by Bruce Lee in the original version of the movie. This movie is under the direction of Michel Gondry. The Green Hornet will be shown on January 2011.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

Karate Kid 2010

I wonder how this movie will fare now that Mr. Miyagi is no longer in the picture. I don't mind that the film company decided to get Jackie Chan to replace Mr. Miyagi but did they stop and think that Karate is a martial arts that came from Japan. How can it be that the title is Karate Kid and what is being taught by Jackie Chan in the movie is "real Kung-Fu". See the contrast.
Anyway, Jaden Smith looks really great and he seem to fit the role of  being Jackie Chan's student.  He's really taking in his father's footsteps.

I just hope that this movie will live up to the expectations of many especially those that followed all the Karate Kid movies in the past.

I love Ashton Kutcher and his cute goofy looks. Although I am not sure if this movie is suited for him because of the action stuff (I still see Ashton as that guy who laughs out loud) and I'm not really a fan of Katherine Heigl. But this movie reminds of me Mr. and Mrs. Smith, only that the Mrs. in this movie is not an assassin.

I'm not really excited to watch this movie but I would want to watch it someday when I feel like watching some rom-com movies. Anyway, here's the trailer for Killers.

Recently I just got married, left my job and decided to become a full-time wife. Being a housewife, with nothing to do but the chores, one of my favorite past time is watching movies and looking out for new and upcoming movies that my husband and I can watch when it comes out.

Because of my fascination for new and upcoming movies, I decided to make a blog out of it. Here I will feature different new and upcoming movies from all types of genres. I will share with you my expectations from the movie and whether these movies is something worth to watch.
